Terms of use and sale

1. Purpose

Puzzle Creator is an online service for configuring puzzle books, generating their puzzles and solutions, and downloading print-ready PDF files.

2. Account

Access to the service requires an account. The user must provide accurate information, protect their login credentials, and remains responsible for activity carried out through their account.

3. Plans, prices and quotas

The Free plan is free and includes 1 generated book per month, with up to 20 puzzles per book. Starter costs €9.90 including tax per month and includes 10 generated books per month, with up to 120 puzzles per book. Pro costs €19.90 including tax per month and includes 20 generated books per month, with up to 240 puzzles per book and custom word lists. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance by Stripe. The contractual quota unit is one generated book (generated_book).

4. Order and payment

Before starting a paid subscription, the customer must expressly accept these Terms of Use and Sale and request the immediate performance of the service. Payment is processed by Stripe; MONTARGE SHOP does not receive the full payment card number.

5. Withdrawal and immediate performance

In principle, consumers have a statutory 14-day withdrawal period. When requesting immediate performance of the service, consumers acknowledge that if they withdraw after using the service, they remain liable for the proportion of the price corresponding to books already generated. They also acknowledge that they lose their right of withdrawal if the service is fully performed before the end of that period, under the conditions provided by law. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel electronically through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the monthly period already paid for: access remains active until then and the subscription is not renewed at the next due date.

7. Content and generated books

Users are responsible for the titles, author names, and word lists they provide and must comply with the law and third-party rights. They may use generated PDFs commercially, including publishing and selling them. Automated generation may contain errors or variations; users must review puzzles, solutions, text, and files before use or publication and remain responsible for complying with the requirements of their chosen publishing platform.

8. Availability and liability

MONTARGE SHOP uses reasonable means to provide the service. Limitations of liability never deprive consumers of their mandatory statutory guarantees and rights.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections they enjoy in their country of residence.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint must first be sent to contact@montarge.shop.
