Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address and password (stored as a secure hash by our authentication provider). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address from Google.

Product data: the books you configure (titles, puzzle settings, custom word lists) and the generated PDF files, so you can re-download them.

Billing data: subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer reference and plan; we never see or store your card number.

Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: generating your books, storing your downloads, managing your subscription, and responding to support requests. We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. Processors we rely on

Supabase (authentication, database, and file storage), Stripe (payments and billing), and our hosting provider (application hosting and logs). Each processes data only as needed to run the Service.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies: an authentication session cookie that keeps you signed in. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

5. Retention & deletion

Your account data and generated books are kept while your account is active. Delete your account (or email us) and we remove your profile, books, word lists, and stored PDFs within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us and we will honour applicable requests.
