Purposes and legal bases
Data is processed to create and administer accounts, perform the service and subscription, generate and store requested books, provide support and security, comply with legal obligations and, where required, obtain consent.
Recipients and processors
Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services; Stripe processes payments and subscriptions; Vercel hosts the application and its technical logs; Google is involved only when the user chooses to sign in with Google.
Retention period
Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service, manage the account, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations, and is then deleted or anonymized subject to applicable requirements.
Cookies
The service uses cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication, security, and language selection. Puzzle Creator does not set advertising cookies.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of, restriction of processing of, or portability of your data, and object to certain processing, by writing to contact@montarge.shop. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
